Sports

Sports is quite necessary, sports is quite necessary because if you want to get more healthy then you are, you can go to the gym and do some swimming, weights,running,leg work for people over 13 years old, if you are younger then 13 you can play sports like football, gaelic,running,swimming,badminton,tennis, spikeball,volleyball and more. instead of staying inside you should maybe go outside with your friends any play a running game like tag,hid’n’seek,tip the can. If your an adult in the morning or night you could go on a run,jog or walk with your friends on the beach or the park. in conclusion I think sports is very good!
